COMPLAINT:
On August 25, 2009, NFA issued a Complaint charging Victory with failure to timely file with NFA, and distribute to participants, the 2008 annual report.
ANSWER:
On October 16, 2009, Victory filed an Answer to the Complaint in which it denied the material allegations contained therein.
DECISION:
On February 4, 2010 Victory was ordered to withdraw from NFA membership and registration as a CPO and CTA and not reapply for NFA membership or registration, in any capacity, or act as a principal of an NFA Member firm, for three years.
